. How to get to there ?
You can come either from Bali by Speed boat, of from Lombok through the Navette from the port called Bangsal.

. Do you accept credit cards ?
Yes, credit cards are normally accepted (VISA, Mastercard), but because of the occasional blackout on the island is not always possible to make the transaction.

. Do you have a safe ?
Yes, all rooms come equipped with a private safe.

. What are the time limits for checking in and out ?
You can have access to your room from 10:30 AM on the day you check in. We ask you to check out by 10:00 AM at the latest.

. When is breakfast served ?
Breakfast is served either in the restaurant or at the vernada from 7:30 AM up to 9:30 AM

. Is breakfast included in the price of the room ?
Yes.

. What type of food do you serve in your restaurant ?
Italian food with daily fresh pasta, ravioli, gnocchi and lasagne, fish and seafood.

No, but the hotel is next to the best snorkelling spot of the island.

Free Wifi is available for all hotel guests.

Mask and flippers are available from several different rental companies.

Yes, there are several clinics open 24 hours a 24 on the island.
